Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything families ask us about our breeds, health guarantees, and flying a puppy safely to your nearest airport.
What breeds does Jam's Doodles and Poodles raise?
We specialize in home-raised poodles, aussiedoodles, cockapoos, and bernedoodles. Every puppy is raised inside our home and socialized with people and everyday household sounds before going to their new family.
Do you ship puppies, and how does delivery work?
Yes. We fly puppies directly to your nearest major airport using a trusted flight-nanny service, so your puppy travels safely in the cabin. We have placed puppies with families across 48 states and 3 countries.
How do I reserve a specific puppy?
Browse our Featured Pets, open the puppy you love, and choose “Make First Deposit.” Your deposit reserves that specific puppy exclusively for your family and starts the go-home process. Payment is handled securely online.
Are your puppies health guaranteed?
Our puppies are family-raised, vet-checked, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming before they go home. Each placement includes a health guarantee. Contact us for the full written terms.
Are doodles and poodles good for allergy-sensitive families?
Poodles and poodle-mix doodles have low-shedding, low-dander coats that many allergy-sensitive families tolerate well. No dog is 100% hypoallergenic, but these breeds are among the most allergy-friendly companions.
Where are you located?
We are a family-run breeder based in Cleveland, GA. While families are welcome to coordinate pickup, most of our puppies fly directly to their new homes.
